Staff was friendly and a good team.

I'm building a home on Pelican Lake, & have to come up periodically to check on the progress. This is the 2nd time I've stayed with you & will probably be back several more times until it's complete. I only stay for about 12 hours, so it's a little pricey for such a short stay.

The bed was not comfortable. It was kind of a hard mattress. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not much to choose from. Small Danish, small yogurt, coffee was very mediocre. At check-in the clerk stated that we had 2 rooms booked and I stated we only needed one. She stated I would need to contact Booked.net and cancel one room. She should have been able to do that. As it turns out I was only billed for one. The whole entry area smelled like the pool. I think the room cost with local tax was very high compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are reasonably large. There is a variety of appetizing food for breakfast. The location is excellent and comfortable, in a good area of town close to plenty of food choices. It's near Rhinelander for a medical appointment and northern Wisconsin.

Comfortable and Relaxing

I've had a great stay on a Weekend. The entire hotel was clean, updated rooms. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, really enjoyed that.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The location is the best possible and comfortable. It is adjacent to a good area of town, close to plenty of food choices and several restaurants. The food is appetizing, and they have plenty of meals available.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms at this conveniently located hotel. The recently refurbished rooms were well-furnished and provided a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were always ready to assist us.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned until the next day.
